Grief and Bereavement Counselling in Central London

You don’t have to carry this alone

If you have found yourself here, you may be navigating grief, loss or change. These experiences can feel overwhelming and everyone’s journey is unique.

I offer bereavement and grief counselling, where you can speak openly and feel heard without judgement. Together, we gently explore your experience and find ways of carrying your grief in a way that feels manageable.

I support adults navigating all forms of loss - including sudden or traumatic deaths, long-term illness, and complex or enduring grief. My aim is to provide a steady, compassionate space where you can make sense of what you’re feeling and begin to rediscover moments of stability and hope in every day life.

Grief is deeply personal. There is no right way to do it, and no set timeline. Losing someone you love - whether a partner, sibling, parent, child or close friend - can leave life feeling unfamiliar, heavy and disorientating. Nothing truly prepares us for those moments when everything changes.

Whilst the pain can feel unbearable at times, you do not have to face it alone. I have seen how talking therapy can help people process their loss, ease and their suffering and gradually begin to grow around their grief.

I offer a free 20 minute consultation to explore whether working with me feels like the right fit for you. Sessions are available online or in Central London.
